quiet可指心灵上的安静而silent只是指的声音上的绝对安静，所以quiet比较好咯
我觉得calm也是一个比较好的选择。
calm 指天气、海洋的“风平浪静”，还可指人的心情“平静”、态度“安详”。
Keep calm就是镇静些的意思，而且伴随海洋的形容词也常用calm，我见到calm用的比quiet多>"<
